one weekend
You know it’s been a good weekend when you fall into different surroundings so effortlessly and feel you could stay … a long time. Number One’s kicking back in Montréal so I was happy to be a house-sitting, cat-minding, coffee-drinker in Toronto. Her neighbourhood is a fantastic place to soak up everything I miss about my home town: vibrant people and creative living that tugs me out of my complacency and inspires me to reach for something even more fulfilling. I’m ready to re-root; I’m ready for change. This year is going to be about laying the groundwork to make this happen. I’m so excited about that!
Bits and pieces of a weekend. A chance to connect with my Number Four. A chance to just be. And tomorrow, one of our favourite places to hang—more from Evergreen Brickworks!
I hope your weekend revealed something new to you as well.
I loved taking these meanderings with you. 🙂 So much life and color and beauty and peace. I’m glad you had such a fantastic time and I can’t wait to hear where you hope to settle your roots next. 🙂
