breakfast burritos with sweet potato and black bean homefries
The kids are in the midst of slaying colds and I’m miraculously cold-free. So breakfast burritos that packed some heat were a good choice this morning to boost their energy. Number Three and I had ours gluten/wrap-free, while Number Four dug into the whole shebang. Eggs (with pops of bacon) a heap of home fries, salsa, guacamole and teaโfuel for this afternoon’s long walk.

Thanks, Jessie. I swing by your blog when I need food inspiration. I used to make dumplings just like yours in a restaurant. I loved doing all the fine handiwork (dumplings, spring rolls, cold rolls, wontons, tempura).
