warm bowls | cold days

I love winter food that’s served in a bowl. The way the bowl nestles perfectly in cupped hands, the warmth that fills them. The feeling of having everything you need at that moment, all in one bowl. Whether it’s carrying it to the table to eat or pulling up a blanket on the couch, that feeling of comfort is irreplaceable. These are some of my recent favourites. Quinoa bowl:  marinated tempeh, roasted sweet potato, tomatoes, peppers, cukes, grated carrot, toasted seeds with tahini-wasabi dressing
