Sunday Slowly

Gone is the grisly humidity of these past couple of weeks and the weather is just right for sleeping (relief!) and tea-drinking and opening windows. This morning I collected a handful of acorns, a first hint and treasure of autumn, making summer’s end almost bearable. Denver is doing what she does best—eat to sleep to eat—and I’m having a get-stuff-done day, with a Kensington Mkt reward if I come through.

I hope your weekend has treated you gently, friends.
